What is hard grade of bitumen?
Hardest grade of bitumen it doesn’t mean since you can make it hard and hard to become coke and it is a type of bitumen as well. Normally our customer using bitumen 115/15 which is 115C as softening point and 15 as penetration and it is easily breaking.
there is special hard grade as well with 150C as soft and 5 as penetration but it is too difficult to product and also customer need to much energy to melt it so few buyers are interesting in this grades and very expensive compare 115/15.
Properties of hard grade of bitumen
- It is breakable
- No easy to deform in room temperature
- Not easy to melt less than softening point
- Normally pack in 25kg bag to be able to have source to melt it easier
- After applied to surface immediately will get solid.

Packing of hardest grade of bitumen
Hardest grade of bitumen available in various packing in 25kg meltable or craft bag,50kg bag,185 kg steel drum and tanker for delivery in short distance.Normally most of the orders are packed on 25Kg carton box and we are exporting per 20ft container 882 bag equal to 22.5MT and normally it is ready to ship in our stocks in Turkey,UAE,Taiwan and Singapore.
